  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting customer support.
  • Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.

Refund Policy

  • Eligible refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.
  • Refunds are applicable only for defective/damaged products or wrong items delivered.

Return Policy
